APCA Remains Active; Markets Stable

Simpson is president of Sterling Construction, Rifle, CO. His one year term as APCA president will end next month at the association's annual meeting when Wayne Stringer, Troy Construction, Houston, becomes president. Stringer is based in the company's Abilene, TX office.

Established in 1971, J.D. Lormand is association executive director.
