The Type 514-519 High Flow Diaphragm Valve Series features an optimized, turbulence-free flow geometry that offers significantly increased flow rate performance and lower energy consumption.

The valve’s new flow geometry design provides Cv values double the traditional design with values ranging from 3.9 to 116.8, depending on size and end connection. A self-draining feature minimizes dead space and achieves improved hygiene and better resistance to crystallizing fluids. Basic versions of the diaphragm valves are operated manually with a lockable handwheel for protection against unwanted use. Additional design features include rounded contours with smooth transitions and radii, which provide less abrasion and noise emission. Color coding on the housing nut and on the housing itself allow easy indication of pressure rating and diaphragm material.
