Shields brings over 25 years experience in the natural gas industry to the position. His served as executive vice president and COO of New Jersey Resources in his previous position. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Stockton State College and has recently completed a course in decision making at Harvard Business School. Shields also serves on the Advisory Board for the School of Business at Montclair University.
