The Pipe Line Contractors Association of Canada recently held its 55th annual convention at the historic Fairmont Empress Hotel located along the scenic inner harbor of Victoria, BC, Canada.

Bob Johnston, outgoing president of the Pipe Line Contractors Association and a vice president at Henkels & McCoy, proclaimed 2008 to be a “very good year” to the 565 attendees at the association’s 61st annual convention.
