John Deere

The John Deere 844K Wheel Loader is a Tier 3 emission-certified machine with a John Deere PowerTech diesel engine that produces 380 hp. Responding to customer needs and increasing productivity and uptime, the 844K unit features all the other hallmarks of Deere’s K-Series 4WD loaders, including the Quad-Cool system that provides wide-open access to both sides of the coolers for easy cleanout and an easy-to-read LCD screen with onboard diagnostics. The NeverGrease pin joint option keeps joints tight longer for more productive operation, extending pin life overall and eliminating daily greasing. Single-side ground-level service makes daily maintenance easy. 800.503.3373, deere.com

The new Volvo L150G has a breakout force of 45,187 pounds and a bucket capacity of 5.2 cubic yards. These forces are all generated from Volvo’s new re-handling buckets, specifically designed for easier pile penetration to increase fuel efficiency and performance. The G-Series wheel loader is equipped with a Volvo D13 Tier 4i engine featuring Volvo Advanced Combustion Technology to comply with EPA exhaust emissions legislation. New OptiShift transmission increases fuel efficiency and lowers fuel consumption for the G-Series wheel loaders. The system functions smoothly in a dynamic and powerful unit where all components are matched to work together efficiently. The refined driveline includes a torque converter with lock-up and free wheel stator, as well as the Volvo-patented Reverse by Braking function – providing reduced fuel consumption and increased operator comfort. 825.650.2000, volvo.com
