In Memoriam: Neil Kevin Shwery
Neil Kevin Shwery, 59, passed away Sept. 5 at his home in Cloverdale, BC. Employed at Masterliner Inc. for more than 26 years, most currently as a salesman, Shwery was instrumental in overseeing many innovative product developments.
He also was responsible for overseeing numerous jobs that included the installation of millions of feet of pipe liner. Shwery was a volunteer firefighter serving in West Vancouver and then Cloverdale with 34 years of service.
Shwery is survived by his children Sara, Michelle and Chad; six grandchildren and brothers, Douglas and Ken. Donations may be made in his memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation and the Surrey Firefighters Charitable Society.
