FSF 1500 Polymer provides excellent cuttings encapsulation and well-bore stability. FSF 1500 Polymer prevents bit balling in clay formations and reduces drilling torque and drilling pump pressure.
Typical concentrations are one pint to 1 1/2 quarts per 100 gallons in freshwater systems and up to two quarts per 100 gallons in saltwater systems.
