The free app, developed in response to customer feedback, includes usage guidelines, cross-reference tools and several valuable calculators.
Available for both Apple and Android mobile devices, and featuring a user-friendly interface, the app provides information that enables HDD crews to make informed decisions throughout the drilling process, getting the most performance from their drilling fluid and drill, and resulting in more productive and profitable bores.
Calculators, in both imperial and metric, compute hole volume, HDD drilling fluid volume, annular velocity, HEE back reaming/pump volume, fluid weight-up and volume increase, and bottoms-up.
